In his role as Senior Technical Advisor to NCTC (National Cable Television Cooperative), Robert Schaeffer has been able to connect with and support many clients that may have not had access to his expertise and knowledge. The benefits of a third party advisor are being seen by the NCTC and it’s members, and everyone involved is glad to see this relationship continue.
